Clash of Clans Unleash the Duke Day 1 Rewards: What Was Behind the First Doors?
The “Unleash the Duke” community event has begun in Clash of Clans, running from February 25 to March 1, 2026. If you logged in on the first day, you were greeted by the first set of three mysterious Treasure Doors.
Important: The rewards behind these doors change every single day! Day 1 is now complete, but we’ve documented exactly what was inside so you can understand how the event works and what to expect for the remaining days.

How the Daily Doors Work
Each day of the event, a new set of three doors is unlocked for all players.
- You can choose only one door per day.
- The rewards are fixed for that day—every player in the world sees the same three options.
- Once you pick, the other two doors are gone forever for that day.
- The best strategy? Coordinate with your clan or check social media to see which reward is the rarest before you click!
🖼️ Day 1 Rewards (February 25, 2026)
These were the exact rewards behind the very first set of doors. Use these screenshots to identify them, or to compare with today’s new doors.
Door #1: The Triple Chests
Behind this door was a bundle of 3 Treasure Chests. These contain a good chunk of resources—Gold, Elixir, or Dark Elixir. A great choice if you were saving up for a big upgrade on Day 1.
Door #2: Grumpy Medals – Wise Warriors Event Currency
This is the most significant reward of the day. These 200 Grumpy Medals are the special currency from the Wise Warriors event, which runs until February 28, 2026. You can exchange these medals at the Trader for exclusive items.
What can you spend Grumpy Medals on?
In the Wise Warriors shop, you can purchase:
- Epic Hero Equipment: Fireball (Grand Warden), Rocket Spear (Royal Champion), Meteor Staff (Minion Prince), and more — for 3,100 medals each.
- Books and Runes: Book of Heroes (1,030 medals), Rune of Gold (2,100 medals), and others.
- Potions and Utilities: Resource Potion, Shovel of Obstacles (1,030 medals), Builder Potion, and more.
- Exclusive Decorations: Clan House Wall, Stick Horse, Flame Horse, and others.
Important: The Wise Warriors shop remains open for purchases with Grumpy Medals until February 28, so these 200 medals are a great contribution toward a valuable item.
Door #3: Clan Castle Cake
This door contained the Clan Castle Cake, a Magic Snack that temporarily boosts your Clan Castle’s capacity or provides a donation bonus. Perfect for clan war enthusiasts.
🐉 What About Dragon Duke?
All these daily doors are part of the preparation for the release of the new Hero, Dragon Duke. The community is collecting Dark Elixir to break his chains. By progressing through the doors, we get closer to the final reward—if the community succeeds, every player will receive the exclusive Dragon Statue decoration (and a second one if you already own the first). The final claim deadline is March 4, 2026.

Since rewards change daily, the doors you see today will be different from the Day 1 example above. In Day 2 and following days, you might see:
- Research Potions
- Shovels of Obstacles

- Builder Potions
